Sonic Drive-In
Sonic Drive-ins is a fast food burger chain where guests drive up to order and are served by carhops. They have a large menu which include burgers, chicken, fries, tater tots, drinks, and ice cream.

According to the official Sonic website, "in 1953, the prototype of the first SONIC® Drive-In® opened in Shawnee, Oklahoma. Back then, SONIC revolutionized the ordering process by using curbside speakers that allowed customers to place food orders without ever leaving their cars. This technology spawned the slogan 'Service at the Speed of Sound™', which translated to one word: SONIC."

Invalt Group owns 4 Sonic Drive-Ins located in the Huntsville, Alabama market. These Sonic Drive-Ins continue to grow and rank at the top of the restaurants throughout the chain. Along with the franchise, Invalt also owns the real estate for two of these Sonics. Providing cashflow for the future.
Cabyns.com
Cabyns is a STR (short-term rental) company with locations in Columbia, South Carolina and Colorado Springs, Colorado. Cabyns has leveraged undervalued properties and remodeled them to make them stand out in their individual markets. This creates value not only for the investor, but for the communities as well.

They spell Cabyns with a "Y" because they want to be the solutions for helping find their "why" in how their customers travel. They create a unique environment for those who want to get away and those who want to experience something new. Cabyns continue to grow and look for other opportunities to meet the needs within the areas they serve while continuing to help help strengthen the look and feel of the communities.
Maxway
Maxway Freight provides specialized freight services in 8 Western States, Utah, Nevada, Idaho, Wyoming, Montana, Arizona, North Dakota and South Dakota. Delivering to over 400 customers nightly. They are continuing to look into other markets to service and grow.
The mission at Maxway is to strive to achieve the highest level of customer service and satisfaction while maintaining a safe environment for their employees as well other on the roadway. Their people are the source of their strength. Involvement, empowerment, trust, training, and teamwork are the core of their values.
Film Read, LLC
Film Read, is a new film writing and producing company. It's main owner is Lee Wilson who is also a writer and producer for their films. Lee has written many books and is a social media personality. Lee is a co-producer with Brad Wilson who has worked with many big name films and producers throughout his career.
The focus of Film Read, LLC is on telling the story of historical figures to sell the end product to companies like History Channel or Netflix. They will continue to grow and develop more storylines for the future.
Cookie PM
Cookie PM is the property management arm of Cabyns. Cookie PM will manage not only Cabyns rentals, but also others in the area and surrounding markets. They provide premium property management to the short-term rentals they manage. This includes booking, cleaning, maintenance, and customer support. They have plans to expand into the mountain regions of Colorado and Utah. After their first year, Cookie PM will look at acquisitions to help grow their footprint.
HS Properties, LLC
HS Properties is a development company out of Utah. They are currently working on a 68 acre property in Hurricane, Utah which will consist of Residential, multifamily, and commercial space. HS Properties is lead by Kent Stephens who has developed residential properties in Utah county over the last decade.
